The Morlocks were almost entirely massacred in the X-Factor: Investigations RPG.

Not saying they wouldn't be a good choice, given the fact that most of them were all hideous...
But they're kinda dead, so it just doesn't work out.

We CAN, however, have CERTAIN Morlocks who actually survived the second massacre play roles in the storyline.
All I remember is that Callisto and Marrow are still alive, so we can make it up from there.

I was hoping for Mammomax being the representative of non-human mutants in the council ('cause he'd be so damn fun to kill), but - yeah - we could do that.
Masque could work... He's the most "evil" of all the Morlocks.

I'm barring the use of Nathain's characters for another month, as that's my unspoken rule, and we're not exactly sure when he disappeared.
Just in case.

Part of the point of this thread was to state new rosters, though.

AND WE NEED TO PLAN FOR MARVEL UNIVERSE.
I've already pretty much set up the status quo for any mutants hiding out there...
- in-hiding
- being hunted by the Purifiers
- many hiding in the basement of Father Lantom's church, under Dagger's protection
