So - this is a fascinating story, that you can all skip, if you wish - I realized something quite fascinating the other day. You see, I was reading through all of the New X-Men TPBs that I owned, and I realized something. I realized that I am in love with Mercury. Passionately. And she is perfect for this storyline, you see. Perfect. And so I shall be using her. Because I am in love with her.
SO I CALL DIBS ON CESSILY.
EEEEEEVIIIIIIILLLLLL (kinda) - Quicksilver (Emperor of EVIL) - Monet Yvette Clarissa Maria Therese St. Croix, the first and only (Foreign Affairs) - Ororo Munroe (JUSTICE! System) - Emma Frost (Evil Segregation Woman) - Warren Worthington III (Commerce) NEW!-Remy LeBeau (Spy System)
We need some more morally questionable people in there. We have too many - you know - good guys.

In that case, head back to the drawing board. And again, don't give up!"- Marjorie Liu, NYX: No Way Home interview

We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.
Juggernaut- Hes big and powerful or maybe Sabretooth

Sabretooth isn't a tactical genius... He's a brute, plain and simple. A savage brute who wants to kill Wolverine.
Juggernaut isn't a mutant, so why would he even be in Genosha?
Omega Red would be a good choice, but - I mean - this is... Omega Red. Omega. Red. Who else is in Pietro's council? A lot of X-Men. They'd never agree to work alongside him, unless he's a sudden addition that Pietro didn't warn about and is only added on when the RPG starts and has not BEEN a member of his council for a period of time, unlike everyone else.

What about Silver Samurai. I could see him as a tactical leader. I mean with his involvement with crime organizations and the hand, it would be perfect.

Nathain has dibs on Cable, and he hasn't shown his face in well over a month. The problem is that THERE ARE TOO MANY X-MEN IN THE COUNCIL. We need MORALLY QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE.
Gladiator isn't a mutant. Neither is Puck. And both of them are heroes.
Genosha is an island of MUTANTS. This is the first and last time I will state such a thing.
Silver Samurai works perfectly. He's played both sides, and he's a mutant.

'Kay, so we're basically done planning Genosha. We just need one more council member who's completely expendable and none of us actually care about... ... ...Wait for it... ... MAMMOMAX! http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Maximus_Jensen_(Earth-616) 'Cause I need to have Mystique blow SOMEONE's brains out.
We need to go over a few other small details, like HOW mutants are being prejudiced towards one another... Since Emma's in charge of that division, I suggest segregation between "human" mutants (I.E. Rogue, Gambit, Emma, Storm, etc... The mutants with no physical deformities.) and "non-human" mutants (I.E. Wolf Cub, Mercury, Sammy Paré, Rockslide, Marrow, etc... The mutants with physical deformities.)
We also need to get to work on Marvel Universe.
