Let's have six plus Pietro, thus making seven but not actually having seven members of the council 'cause Pietro doesn't count.

Actually, I think Monet should be a member of Storm's squad-ish thing...
She speaks multiple languages, is of multiple ethnicities, and her father is an ambassador.
So I think that works.
