Appearance: Brazilian, 5'10, tattoos all over his chest and arms, athletic build, short hair on the sides and long on top, sleeveless shirt with baggy pants and running shoes
Powers: A powerful telekinetic capable of lifting building and possibly large pieces of land
Background: Flint was brought up in a village of poverty. He was always protecting and looking after his sister who could turn invisible. The local rebellion came for them one night and stormed the village leaving his sister dead. He ended up killing the entire rebellion not even using his hands. He was later assigned as a personal runner, one who carries secret messages across great distances for money when he was captured and assigned to a team of psi-ops in silver hills. He has since then escaped and been on the run ever since.
