I think I'm going to go with Elektra and an Initiative-esque Typhoid Mary.

Location-wise, I think we should keep this place outside of New York.
'Cause this is a badass RPG.
With lots of killing.
And I'm in a very Madripoor-ish mood right now.

Why Japan?
That only works with Wolverine and Elektra, and they're not even Japanese.

Madripoor's so much more fun.
I mean, Hydra's there. xD
