History: as soon as he was born his family was persecuted for birthing a mutant. They spent most of his childhood in hiding. He was never aloud to leave the house. His family loved him still and wouldnt hurt him or blame him for anything. The cops finally found his family and bust in their house and slaughtered his family. He run in the shack and grabbed a pistol and shot and killed the whole cop team. After he saw what they did to his family he turned to hate and vengeance. He got a shotgun along with his pistol a walked all the way to the police department building. Killed every person on his way there. He shot down the door and killed almost every cop in the place. One cop came up behind him and hit him over the head. He landed head first on a corner. Thats how he got his scar. The put him in a bolted room. A dirt cop let him out. They escaped and drove out of Oxyton in a cop car. The cop became the only friend he ever had. They hid in the sewers because they hit most wanted list. They were always on the move in the sewers. So much that he started to feel at home in the sewers. The dirty cop taught him how to fight unarmed and shoot. Soon enough they got to the Silver Hills sewer system. They settled there, feeling far enough off the radar. The cop died from unsanitiesed conditions but Toby didnt. Even more grief fell upon him. His only purpose is vengeance. His only thought is murder. His only thirst is blood.
