wen was da last time U saw somebody shapeshift, move water with their mind, have a armor that comes and goes, can morph inorganti matter, fly outside of a plane, or lift a buildin, ect, ect, ect.

ok.... mutation is a nutural unchosen process. Luna's mutation was to be a shapshifter, she cant control that. she can only transform into a wolf. Have you seen a wolf who doesnt have heightened hearing, smell, speed and stregnth, and plus its not like luna can lift a ton, a wolf cant, so she cant either. Shes not super strong, she just has the strength of a wolf. A cyborg on the other hand got implants which he or she chose to have..... also my cousin lost her arm in a car accident, her parent paid like soo much money to get her a mechanical functional arm, its not super powerful. The arm has the same abilities as her old arm, its just more durable because its not made of skin and tissue.
What youre not understanding is that Luna transforms into a creature with these natural abilities which cant be denied or taked away from her. So its not breaking any rules

ok and like wit soldier he has super strenght and speen because of his robot parts. Im guessin in the deminsion he came from in his army all the Cyborgs had speed and strength.

hmmmm ok ya know like superman,, on Krypton hes just a normal guy but on earth hes super strong because our gravity is less and our sunh in yellow, so you would have to make an explanation for why your guy has enhanced strength on Earth

You're not going to win this argument.

Wolves are wolves. Cyborgs are cyborgs. Wolves are born with their speed and ability. Cyborgs are scientifically altered humans with robotic implants. Wolves are natural. Cyborgs are not. Since it's natural for wolves to have greater speed than humans, they are exceptions to the rule. It is not natural for cyborgs to have greater speed or strength than humans, so they are not.

none of dis is natural & if you want it to be only natural possible things then half of the chars in the RPG would be against the rules

You idiot! What I'm trying to say is that wolves are exceptions to the "super" powers rule because they're born with greater strength, speed, and senses than humans! Cyborgs are not born that way, so they are not an exception to the fucking rule! Get that through your poorly educated head!
