Powers- Sapphire is a master of magic and sorcery. She is familiar with a wide variety of spells.
Background- She is the youngest sister of the 4 high witches. She has resided in a ice palace at the North Pole for thousands of years. She is the most beautiful and charming of all the witches. Her intellegence is rather questioning. She is typically a "dumb blond" and rather asks stupid or obvious questions without hesitation. Despite it all she is the nicest and most welcoming witch and very peppy and energetic.
Defining Atribute- She love the color blue, and wears it daily
Weapon- She uses a beautiful staff with a large snowflake made of sapphires and diamonds on top of the rod
