Weapons: 2 katanas on back, an array of explosvies, knives and pistols holstered on his legs and belt.
Powers: Teleportation, Rift opening ability Matt is able to open tears/portals/Black wholes that he can use as a mode of transportation or as a weapon which will suck up anything in its path disentergrating it, He is also able to siphon energy out from these portal augmenting and increasing his powers.
Abilites: : Master Combatant trained in 6 different martial arts, weapons master, Expert Marksmen, Acrobat , Master Tracker, Languages- English, Japanese, Chinese, French, German, and Russian.
Bio: Matthew was taken from his parents at a very young age and put into a goverment program in hopes that they could learn and better understand SuperHumans, relizing the things they could do, they took Matt and did experiments on him they training him and groomed him to be there weapon against the SuperHumans, But after years of training Matt caught on and decided it was time to escape, he is now on the run fromt he goverment and is now one of the most wanted SuperHumans.

I'm sorry I made you change him so much; it's just that uber-powerful characters make the RPG unfair to the other roleplayers.
