Liese is extremely talented at casting magic. The witches took away a good percentage of her powers, but she is still strong, compared to most mages. She mostly focuses in fire magic, but she is capable of casting magic of all types.
Background info: Liese was born into a life of poverty. Surprisingly, she showed a talent for magic early on in her life. Sapphire took an interest in her and decided to whisk Liese away from her life of poverty and take her on as an apprentice. Liese's magical talents flourished under the tutelage of Sapphire and the other witches, but - one day - an attempt was made on Sapphire's life by an assassin wielding either fire magic or firebending... To this day, it is unknown WHO that assassin was, but the blame was put on Liese. She was banished from all of the witch's strongholds, and they took away most of her magical abilities, though they failed to take away ALL of them. Since that day, Liese has spent most of her time complentating her revenge.
