The Perpetual Recap Thread

So here are the recaps of what occurred yesterday and (kinda) the day before:

Civil War Universe:

Assassins RPG
- Elektra was sent on a mission by her mysterious, all-knowning benefactor to protect Taskmaster, which she is currently succeeding in doing. While doing so, she fatally wounded Daredevil, who was rescued by Ronin and taken to Dr. Strange... who called NIGHT NURSE! *cue Night Nurse themesong* Elektra and Taskmaster are currently fighting off Punisher. Typhoid Mary is at home, snoring loudly.

L.A. RPG
- The group of kids at the Hostel (I refuse to call them the "Runaways" because they do NOT have a team name) went to go take down a drug trafficking dude, Jigsaw. Before this, they got into an argument with Chase Stein and Alex Wilder, who eventually opted to join them on this quest to stop drug trafficking in L.A. A battle ensued at the base, and Kiden took out one of the bodyguards, Nuke, by focusing her powers on him specificially and slowing his personal speed down to near standstill.

- While all of this was going on, they were being videotaped by the mysterious Lotus, who also has a mysterious, all-knowing benefactor who may or may not be the same person as Elektra's.

X-Men RPG
- The Children of the Vault have started attacking Genosha. Rachel called for help, and the X-Men rushed to Genosha's aid. Bobby landed the jet outside of Genosha's main city, despite the fact that Layla wanted him to land it in the middle of the battle. Due to this, the ship was perfectly fine, and Serafina (a Child of the Vault) commandeered the ship and turned it into a battle-ready robot. 'Cause she can do that. The X-Men struggled against the robot at first, but it was eventually taken down by Paige, who husked into an adamantium form. Serafina escaped. Aferwards, they traveled towards the main battle. Currently, all of the Children of the vault EXCEPT Sangre have been taken down.

- While all of this was going on, the Danger Room console mysteriously beeped by itself, Cerebro activated on its own, and a mysterious figure kidnapped a still-living Norman Osborn from a hidden torture chamber in Genosha.

Not Civil War Universe:

Redemption RPG
- Masorick took over the city with his army of androids, depowered the metahuman population with a pulse-emitting machine, put up a force field, and offered them the choice to be killed or be cured - which most of the metahuman population of Silver Hills decided to go with, but then he was stopped by Jess, who thenproceeded to take over the city with her gal pals, Tara, Kristen, and Violet. Unfortunately for them, magic was unaffected by the pulse machine, and Sak, Milly, and Cat escaped through the sewers to formulate a plan to take them down. Violet spread her plants all throughout the city, allowing her to spy on everyone, and she discovered that Sak, Mily, and Cat were planning a rebellion. They then decided to have Alex - who was being controlled by Kristen - go supernova and kill everyone. They then proceeded to escape the city. Luckily, Cat found the pen that deactivated the force field (lol), and they were forced to go back. Crystal regained her powers and took down Kristen and the others. She then prevented Alex's supernova from killing everyone and disappeared.
- After all of this, Mizu went home and decided to pack her bags; she's decided to leave Harry. Harry decided to offer Tim a position in the top secret military military. A man (his name escapes me) and a woman, Therese, showed up at Isaac's house, intent on finding and killing Luna. They learned that she was not there, got her location, and went there to go murder her but ultimately failed, getting defeated by Luna and Adelle (...I feel like I spelled that wrong).


Ultimate RPG
- I introduced Mindee (Spice; my Ultimate version of the Cuckoos), Clarissa (my Ultimate version of the Black Widow), and my Ultimate version of Boom Boom. Emma Frost returned and was not received very warmly be her fellow peers. Boom Boom tried to rob a bank, but the bank robbery was thwarted by Mindee. After that, it was revealed that Black Cat had already stolen the money. There was a bit of a standoff between Boom Boom and Black Cat, but Deathstrike showed up and won the battle in her and Black Cat's favor. Boom Boom escaped, only to steal Mindee's purse and get caught by her and Emma Frost. Mindee split into Phoebe, and Phoebe froze Boom Boom's legs to the ground, after which they merged back together, and Mindee called the cops. Clarissa had a lot of sex and killed a lot of people. Cyclops and Gambit went to a diner, where they encountered Mindee. Gambit hit on her, and she split into Esme, who proceeded to burn their table with her acidic touch and threatened to burn Gambit's face.

X-Men: Origins RPG
- Sinister kidnapped Jean and Xavier. Magneto led the X-Men to Sinister's base, where Sinister trapped them. Magneto set them free, and they're currently trying to escape.

Fantasy RPG
-Maleficent has been killed by 4 mysterious, bickering sister witches. Each one plans on carrying out Maleficent's plan: Kill all the Keyblade wielders and open the path to darkness.

-Mugen, Kai, Lavender, Rhea, Leon, Tom, and Raven had all met up. They planned to find the last 2 key blade masters (King Mickey and Riku) this is because sora and Kairi are frozen in the witch's castle. The group realized they had to spilt up so Raven and Leon went to Traverse Town, while Mugen and Kai traveled to ba Sing Se so she can master EarthBending. Rhea, tom, and Lavender traveled to Traverse Town as well to look for Riku and Dante.

-Ruby, one of the witches teleported Cloud and Tidus to Traverse town to kill the keyblade masters but her plan was foiled by Leon and Raven

-Kai and Mugen arrived in Ba Sing se where she will be taight by Toph

-Meanwhile the firelord Azula has somehow taken possesion of the 4 witches hearts. With these she has leverage over their actions. She asks them how to control heartless....the common enemy, FireLord Azula, is revealed

Harry Potter
-Following the death-eaters first attack on London, the students return to Hogwarts. aidan is seen flirting and kissing Christina, even though he has confessed his liking for Danielle. Snape teaches the students the Patronus Charm to defend themselves against Dementors and other dark creatures. When Christina uses the charm, she summons more dementors who attack 5 students and Professor Snape. This lands them in the hospital. Danielle, Jason, and Rose combine their patronuses to fight off the dementors. The 3 are sent to Dumbledores office where they are commended, dumbledore says the death-eaters are weakening, Danielle isnt convinced. Aidan continues to act weird as Jason becomes more cautious of him.

Civil War:

Assassins RPG
- A bounty was placed on Clint Barton's head, and everyone in the RPG was contacted... HE'S TRYING TO ESCAPE. DON'T LET HIM ESCAPE.

L.A. RPG
- They completely took down Jigsaw, the cops showed up, they went home, and Karolina showed up on the doorstep. She met Gustav.

X-Men RPG
- The "mysterious figure" was revealed to be Vertigo, who took Osborn to the Cronus machine, where Dagger (I wonder why she's there...), Dark Beast, and Shadow King were waiting. Shadow King erased Osborn's mind, the Cronus machine was activated, and Osborn became the new Sinister. Literally.
- Meanwhile, they sent Serafina into the X-Mansion. She snuck into the Danger Room, plugged into the console, and freed... DANGER! She was revealed to be Lotus's mysterious benefactor (she needed data on the kids, ya know... she doesn't have data on them), which means that she had hacked into Cerebro to track the kids (namely Ellixir and Kiden, the mutants) and tell Lotus where to go in order to get the data... She activated the mansion's alarm system and escaped, leaving Serafina to get caught.

Non-Civil War:

Redemption RPG
- Universe recruited Brian Lee, a young time-traveler, but lied to him about the true purpose of their mission. Fu-chan was also captured and used to pull alternate universe, evil versions of our characters out of a black hole created by Hollow.
- Tristan and Angeline were defeated and left. They approached Edge, whom Angeline claims to have bitten and turned into a vampire.
- Isaac found out about Arianna's book.
- Some crap's going on with Jer... I have no idea what because I honestly haven't been paying attention.
- Cat turned Brad downed for sex, as she's trying to get Gethin to spill about Mizu and HIS sex life.
- Siphon attacked Aaron, intent on killing him, but ultimately failed... He was horribly wounded, but Alex has started to do medical work on him. (JUST LIKE NIGHT NURSE heart.gif ) Amanda - surprisingly - came to Aaron's aid against Siphon, but her attempts to get through to him and get him to see things logically have mostly failed.

Ultimate RPG
- Emma continues to hold dominion over Sue's soul.
- Thor helped Clarissa win her soul back from Mephisto.

X-Men: Origins
- Nothing much... Xavier's being really quiet.

-Raven has found riku and Dante in a motel room where she explained the situation to them

-Namine joined up with Rhea, Tom, Lavender, Leon, Zach, Cloud and Tidus and have arrived in the motel to see Riku

-Kai and Mugen have gone to bed, Kai will continue her earthbending training tomorrow

-Fire Lord Azula has learned to control heartless

Harry Potter
-Danielle confronted Christina, who then insulted her and their mother, Danielle attacked her with the stunning spell

-The group are talking in the commonroom

- NOTHING.

- Karolina walked into the Hostel/Hotel/thing.

X-Men RPG
- Serafina is being held at bay by Storm's winds... She's refusing to answer any of their questions.
- The Shadow King abandoned his current host... Monet's struggling in her sleep... Hmmm...

Non-Civil War:

Redemption RPG
- Sak resurrected Lilith.
- Aaron and Siphon merged to form Solaro (Nice name, btw heart.gif ) to take down Universe.
- Edge went berserk and did some nasty things... The band's busy killing the other alts.
- Phyl murdered the cop who arrested her. She burned the body... This isn't the last we'll hear of this.
- Alt-Sak killed regular Sak - Wait. What? Her eyes just opened... Okay, that's weird... Dead people don't wake up... I wonder what's up with that? And her eyes flashing purple? Hmmmm...
- Alex and Amanda have basically taken Alt-Sak down.

Ultimate RPG
- NOTHING.

X-Men: Origins RPG
- MORE NOTHING.

- Mystique showed up 'cause she's awesometacular.
- Dark Beast was revealed as the "mysterious benefactor", even though it was already stated that it was a member of Sinister's group.

L.A.:
- NOTHING.

X-Men:
- OPRAH GOT ELECTED PRESIDENT.
- Mystique left Genosha.
- Monet woke up... Hmmmm...

Other:

Redemption:
- Universe harmed Amanda.
- Solaro killed him in retaliation and healed her.
- Sak is... acting sorta weird... Hmmm...
- Lilith is having wondrous adventures Elsewhere that won't actually matter at all but are completely necessary for my storyline to occur properly.
- Jer showed up after all the cool stuff ended.
- ISAAC PUT THE KIDDIES TO BED. heart.gif
- Something with Tim... I dunno. Train wreck. Saved people. Something along those lines.

Ultimate
- Tabitha's placed bombs all over the school. 'Cause she's cool like that.

-the group is talking in the motel room....STILL
-Lavender and Raven have discovered that they are half-sisters
-Raven set off on her own
-While traveling to Traverse Town, Kai and Mugen are attacked by Arella and her 2 cronies, they seem to have them defeated until Kai drops them into a fissure, using her mastered earth-bending


Harry Potter RPG
- The group has decided to see Hagrid
-Hagrid is injured, it is revealed that he was attacked by death eaters in London, they used the Sectumsempra spell, which acts like a sword strike
-Hagrid tells the group how muggle born students were targeted in Voldemorts last uprising

- Jessica's spider sense helped her and Esme find the bomb in the auditorium. Mephisto appeared in front of it, offering them power in return for NOT deactivating the bomb.
- Celeste and Phoebe neutralized the bomb in the cafeteria.

Redemption
- Sak started acting increasingly odd... to the point where she teleported into the principal's office and asked for a leave of absence, which she was granted. She then contacted Jess and revealed that she was actually the supposedly-deceased Ursula possessing Sak's body, due to a side effect of one of Sak's resurrection spells.
- Phyl murdered every person at the Ugly Betty Designs. The case is being investigated by Serena Johnson.
- Sam introduced a LOT of new characters and had Kristen, and Amanda leave. She gave Alex a new, extremely upbeat, personality.
- We had a little mishap with Anarchy, but it was - essentially - retconned out of existence, though the entire police force is dead.
- Cat held a press conference, proclaiming her continued support of metahumans.
- Ursula resurrected Liadain, whom she sent to retrieve an artifact.

Redemption
- Ursula killed both Mizu and Phyl and took them under her control. She also resurrected Evan and Mordecai.
- She had them gather artifacts, etcetera.
- Serena suspected Cat as the one who killed and murdered everyone at Ugly Betty Designs.
- Phyl, Jess, and Evan attacked Magnus's mansion, in an attempt to gain control over Maria and to take Mordecai's ashes. The succeeded in the former but failed in the latter.
- Warshade showed up again... This time she's evil and zombifying random people.
- Ursula revealed her plan to destroy the world and remake it in her image.
- Lilith won a 12-hour pass to Earth by killing a dragon... The tail of the dragon was then teleported to Ursula by Maestro.
- Liadain was sent to kill Cat but was easily beaten by the combined forces of her and Serena. They learned all of Ursula's plan from her, thanks to Cat's hypnotic voice.
- Ursula has started the ritual necessary to go through with her plan, but Cat just interrupted it at a crucial part.

Fantasy RPG
-As the group begins to split up the 4 witches appear
- the speak of how they are invicible and cant be stopped
-Raven returns to face them in vain
-Right before the witches leave they state that the Fire Lord is their master
-Diamond gives the group a look as if asking for help

Harry Potter
-Members of the Order of the Phoenix arrive at Hagrids
-They speak of Dumbledore leaving temporarily to look for something
-While there Remus Lupin transforms into a were-wolf and almost attacks the kids
-They are saved by a large beastly dog named Sirius
-Aidan dissapears right after
-As the kids escape they are stopped by Draco Malfoy who is about to give them detention but they are saved by Prof. McGonnagol who takes 50 points away from their house

Redemption
- Ursula died... YAY!
- Sak came back... YAY!
- Sak and Lilith were briefly reunited... YAY!
- But then Lilith had to go bye bye... BOO!
- Maria said something very peculiar when she and Magnus were reunited... Hmmm...
- Ariel left with Warshade and noticed that she had a necklace. Warshade was EXTREMELY protective of the necklace. Ariel took it to be examined by a jewelry store owner, who revealed that the diamond in the necklace was one of two and had been specifically made for Crystal and her mom... Hmmm...
- Violet tried to get it on with Jer... but was REJECTED. OH, SNAP!
- Luna, Isaac, and the kiddies ate breakfast... at 5 PM.
- Jess left on a boat. Again.
- Serena has made Phyl her prime suspect, now that Cat has an alibi.

Civil War:

Assassins
- Mystique is holding hostages at a Dazzler concert... Hmmm...

X-Men
- Danger made a solid light hologram of Juggernaut, which fought the X-Men.
- This was just a distraction, to keep them from realizing that Serafina was escaping and stealing Cerebro and that Sinister, Vertigo, and Dagger were going to the moon to meet with the Inhumans and get Terrigen Mists... Hmmm...

Not Civil War:

Redemption
- Sak and Evan had sexy time.
- Phyl ransacked Serena's apartment. Serena shot her, but Phyl escaped.
- Maria and Magnus went out to a fancy-schmancy restaurant. Boo recognized her and called Daddy. Daddy said he'd already killed Maria, and that Boo should kill her NOW! But she's in public, so Daddy said not to.
- Cat and Liadain - and this is the MOST IMPORTANT PLOT ELEMENT THUS FAR - went SHOPPING!
- Eva tried to rob a bank... Aaron showed up. LET THE FIGHTING COMMENCE!
- Edge got all "romantic vampire guy" with Alex and made her a picnic... I think I just threw up.
- Kristen died... I liked Kristen... She sent out a message to Sak, telling her to stop Warshade, just before she died.
- SAM HAS CONTINUED TO HOG ALL THE MEN.
- Warshade confronted Violet... Jer confronted Warshade... It was one big confrontation party. Warshade revealed that she doesn't want Crystal to come back and ruin the life that she has... Hmmmm... Why is Ariel following this loony? O_o

-The group talked about Dumbledore leaving and lying about the death eaters
-Aidan shows up again after deserting the group
-He calls Jason a Half-Breed then apologizes
