History: Patrick has lived his entire life outside of Silver Hills though he has recently moved into the city to become an officer of the law. When he was little he developed more strength and speed than anyone else he knew, Patrick beginning to believe that maybe he's a mutant or just a meta human. Either way, Patrick has kept this to himself over the years, not wanting to cause any drama or possible danger to his family. Not much is really known about Patrick at this point but he shares an exact appearance to Steven Frost, AKA Virus who was killed a while back. More later.
