Okay... This is a rule-change thing that I mentioned in "News and Updates".
Basically, what I propose is a universe-wide character limit for the Civil War universe, rather than an RPG-specific one.
That would mean that there would be a limit of the number of characters that you could have in every RPG in the Civil War universe combined.
If - for example - that limit was 12, then you could have four characters in X-Men, four characters in Assassins, and four characters in L.A.
Or you could have six characters in X-Men and six characters in Assassins.
Or you could just have ONE character in X-Men.
Or any other combination that you could think of that was less than or equal to 12.
This would also make it easier for characters to be moved around from RPG to RPG.
Say - for some reason - you get bored of a character being in the Assassins RPG and want them moved to the X-Men RPG... but you already have five characters (the current limit) in the X-Men RPG. In order to do this, you'd need to get rid of one of your X-Men characters to make room for the Assassins character. If the rules are changed, though, you can just move them to X-Men without needing to get rid of one of your other characters.
So... what do you guys say?
I vote "yes", obviously.

Yay! 5 votes! xD That's all of us. =P So this is going to be implemented: 12-character limit. That's the limits of all of the current RPGs added up, with one extra.
