With her telepathic power she can manipulate, erase and create memories, control the actions of people and can mentally harm someone including death.

Her telepathy gives her the power to project extremely convincing and realistic illusions into the minds of others. Her illusions are hypnotic, and her victims tend to accept them as fact, even when the images and scenarios they are confronted with involve sudden changes to the world around them, or are inconsistent or improbable.

Kristen's secondary mutation is the power to teleport. She can move from place to place with speed or create a portal to travel. These portals can be used offensively and to redirect attackes.

Abilities- N/A

Background- Kristen is one of the only mutants whose mutation was active at birth. Even during pregnancy her mother experienced horrific visons and telepathic attacks from the developing embryo. When she was born her mother immediatley handed her over to child services where Kristen was passed from foster home to foster home until she met Tara Howell at the age of 14. The 2 are best friends and do everything together. Kristen has been noted to being very beautiful but because of her constant need to stay calm to control her powers, she is very conserved.

A mutant whose mutation is active at birth is a "Killcrop" (?), I think.

"A story has to be finished, and no matter how distracted you get, you need to force yourself to forge ahead, word by word. If your idea is boring though, and that's why you're easy to distract...well, that's a really fantastic reason for not being able to focus on the task at hand! In that case, head back to the drawing board. And again, don't give up!" - Marjorie Liu, NYX: No Way Home interview

"Really? That's INANE. Most people in life don't HAVE great power, and the few that do are almost NEVER responsible with it. The people who have the greatest responsibility are the kids with NO POWER because we're the ones who have to keep everybody else in check." - Gertrude Yorkes, Runaways (vol. 2) #11
