Background: Prince Eranidus, Son of Iclues Gillenhurg, is heir to the throne of Vesparia. His father lies on his death-bed stricken by a fatal illness. Eranidus, disobeying his father's word, acts as head knight engaging in battle more than handling his royal duty. While at war with a rival kingdom, his wife was taken from the castle and captured. Desperate to find her, he set off looking for clues. Rumors stirred of her death,but he was sure that she was alive. While out on daily patrol, he discovered the body of his wife, suspended on a branch above a rocky cliff. A local beggar exchanged information that was key to his mission. He found out that tom Rackham was apart of the raiders who kidnapped his wife. He vowed to find him and the others who murdered his wife.
