It is considered a power because it gives him enhanced strength and speed, and, if I recall collectly (which I do), that is against the mother fucking rules. Now shut the hell up!

1 last thing if U look on Wikipedia's list of super powers. being a Cyborg isnt even on the list.
strength and speed mite be, but not if it comes from robot parts
