History: A soldier from an alternate reality that has traveled to our reality to stop an event from happening in the alternate timeline.

But you let Luna have it...Cyborgs naturaly are stronger and faster because of Bionic implants. so its ok.

No, it's not; Cyborg's aren't natural, and not all cyborgs have superstrength or speed.

The rules don't apply to Luna because Luna's power is to turn into a friggin' wolf; she was born with the ability, and wolves naturally have heigtened senses and generally run faster than humans. Her abilities when in wolf form cannot be changed because all wolves have those abilities.

Cyborgs aren't natural in any way shape or form. They're robotic parts were added onto them, and they were not born with their abilities. They don't have to have superstrength; not all cyborgs have superstrength. Cyborgs could have other abilities.

if u wanna say if its natural or not no superhuman, mutant, alien, or even shape shifter is natural. so that isnt even a good argument.

Mutation is a natural thing; it happens to everyone when they're born (I learned this in science in 7th grade). Mutants are just an extreme case of pre-birth mutation that gained an extra gene. Aliens are natural; they were born on a different planet with a different physiology than humans have, thus granting them a different appearance and/or powers from humans. A shape shifter is either a mutant, alien, or superhuman, so I have no fucking idea where you came up with that from. I can't say that superhumans are natural, though.

Oh please. The last time I saw it was in my 7th grade science class, but it's a known fact that cells mutate before birth; it's the way that evolution happens. Some things are born with a certian thing due to cell mutation and others aren't. If that certain thing is an advantage, then those with it live on and those without it die out. I can't understand how you don't know this.
