Background info: Camilla Tramp was raised by a pair of parents consisting of an uncaring mother and a father that beat the crap out of her. Whenever he beat her, her father used to always yell Camilla's name at the top of his lungs, causing her to hate it. When she was 10, Camilla developed the name "Cat" from her three initials and told everyone to call her that. When Camilla's mutant powers first manifested, she decided to use them to take advantage of men and became the class slut. Camilla also dislikes a particular nerd named Sak simply because she believes that Sak stole her idea for using her initials to form her name.

Background info: After prom, it was revealed that the mayor of Silver Hills City was involved in a scandal with a prostitute. This was the first time that Cat was ever interested in politics. She then began to become obsessed with politics, though she barely understood them, and studied them thoroughly throghout high school and college, where she received a degree in public speaking and the practice of sex, a new degree that they conveniently began offering when she got into college. Once out of college, Cat helped several politicians campaign until she believed that she was experienced enough to run for office herself. When she began running for mayor, she used a combination of her hypnotic voice and her sex appeal to win the favor of 90% of the voters. Since she has become mayor, she has made it her crusade to make Monday the offical "Whore Day".
